I work with national and international business and industry, helping them understand why disability representation matters AND show them how to improve it in their workplace practices and communications content. I'm the Disability Affairs Officer at Media Diversity Australia and have been a Board Member with Queensland Health for over a decade. It's an eclectic mix of roles.

We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to access and participate in the arts. The creative and cultural industries should reflect and represent our diverse society. These values are at the core of our personal and professional goals and our work as arts consultants, specialising in access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

We work with arts, cultural and other organisations to make improvements and create positive change, through strategy, planning, research, evaluation, co-design, consultation and training. On any given day, this might look like facilitating strategy sessions, running consultations, writing an Equity Action Plan or delivering Disability Inclusion Training.

As founder of The Access Agency, Ryan leads the field by assessing, advising, and delivering materials that make tourism products more inclusive and accessible.

At The Access Agency, we do 3 things within the Visitor Economy;
• Advocate and build capacity for regions and operators
• Provide Audits and Assessments (physical and digital)
• Deliver communications and materials for visitors and destinations

Ryan has worked with Parks Victoria, Visit Victoria, The City of Melbourne, Gold Coast City Council, Tourism North East and many individual operators to develop and deliver better, more universal tourism experiences.

He’s a widely travelled wheelchair user and inclusion advocate.
