Working within a vertical development framework, the Executive Mastermind is for executive level disability leaders who want to go deeper, beyond their current parameters of leadership.

Imagine being part of a small cohort working together to extend the understanding of what disability leadership is and how it works at the highest levels. Imagine working with others who are also navigating the relentless intensive demands of executive leadership while operating in positions rarely attained by disabled people.

How do we stay on the balcony as disability leaders, being able to see the big picture and consider a strategic approach, when facing the multiple demands of our position, the expectations of our community, and being role models inside and outside our organisation?

The Disability Leadership Institute are the specialists in disability leadership. We know what disability leaders face, which is why we are building a new space where disability leaders operating at executive management level can come together to learn, challenge and support each other to sustain and enjoy their work, without compromising their wellbeing and life balance.

The Executive Mastermind includes intensive workshops, access to an ongoing community of practice and a growing alumnus. It will challenge, invigorate and support you while taking you deeper into your leadership practice. You will engage in focussed discussions, come to a greater understanding of yourself and how you operate, while also bringing your expertise and specific interests to the group.

The Disability Leadership Institute will facilitate and curate the space. You will bring your wisdom and perspective to push the boundaries of your colleagues and be pushed in return.

If you have been wondering where the extra layer of professional development is then the Executive Mastermind is your answer. A Mastermind is a peer led co-learning space where you contribute your significant expertise while working alongside other experienced practitioners to challenge each other to a higher level of leadership practice.

Express interest

Each year the Executive Mastermind will include:

• 3 intensive full day workshops
• An ongoing alumni forum
• Access to the DLI Library

To participate in the Executive Mastermind you will:

• Hold an executive senior management position
• Be a Premium member of the Disability Leadership Institute, or become one
• Undertake MyWorldView (if you have not within the last 5 years)

Optional (for those who have not yet engaged in vertical leadership development):

• Undertake the Global Leadership Profile with full debrief

To join the Executive Mastermind:

First year: $3000 +GST – then simply retain your premium membership for alumni benefits

Then: Premium membership: $250 +GST per year

Optional: Global Leadership Profile: $1200 +GST (includes 1 hour personal debrief and full report)
