Jeanette (now Yenn) Purkis – is an autistic advocate, author, presenter and community leader. Jeanette mentors a number of autistic young people and has a strong presence on social media. Jeanette has a passion for making the world a better place.
Margherita Coppolino – current President of the National Ethnic Disability Alliance (NEDA), previous Chair of Arts Access of Victoria and Australia Federation of Disability Organisations (AFDO).
Frank Hall-Bentick – has a life long disability and through his outstanding efforts has contributed to improving human rights for people with a disability. He has worked closely with the United Nations in Bangkok as Resource Person and invited Expert and has been an active member of the International Disability Caucus and the International Disability Alliance CRPD Forum.
Alastair McEwin – is the Disability Discrimination Commissioner
Christina Ryan – is the CEO of the Disability Leadership Institute and has an extensive background in community sector management and governance. She has also represented Australia at the United Nations focussing on the rights of women with disabilities.
Graeme Innes AM – is a lawyer and company director, serving on the board of a State insurance regulator, a major not-for-profit service provider, and an advisory committee to the NDIA. He chairs the Attitude Foundation. He was Australia’s Disability Discrimination Commissioner from 2005 to 2014.
Damian Griffis – is the CEO of the First People’s Disability Network (FPDN).
Sue Salthouse – has led a range of community sector organisations which focus on improving the lives of people with disabilities through addressing policies and programs across all facets of the community. She was the 2017 winner of the Lesley Hall Leadership Award.
